Meetings

  • Open floor meetings are currently not possible or practical to accommodate. Limited space and time prevent the board being able to allow homeowners attendance at executive session meetings.
  • Meetings cannot be live streamed for reasons of privacy and confidentiality.
  • If any homeowner wishes to present or discuss something with the board in person, we can set up an individual invitation to attend an upcoming executive session meeting if requested. This cannot be an open invitation for everyone due to space restrictions. Please contact the board directly if you have such a request.
  • Homeowners who wish to contact the board, ask questions, or introduce an item for discussion, are encouraged to email: board@elmwoodhoa.com

The board is here to serve the community and we will respond accordingly.
